Cut out the flower pattern and glue together 1, 2 & 3 for the large flower.
Cut out the 2nd printed flower sheet and glue together only 1 & 2 for the small flower.
Cut out 4 small flowers and 4 large flowers from the felt.
Cut out the leaf patterns.
Cut out a variety of colours from the different size leaves, you will need 3 per flower head.
Measure the size of the head you want the garland to fit.
Cut out twice the size you need from the garden wire.
Bend the garden wire into a circle the size you need, twist the wire around itself in the circle and bend back the tips.
Cover the garden wire by wrapping the ribbon around it.
Thread the needle, double the thread and place a knot at the end of the thread.
Work a running stitch, starting from the largest petal to the smallest petal, along the base of the flower.
Pull the stitch through and gather the flower, secure with a few back stitches.
Wrap the flower around itself, starting from the small end, twisting the larger petals under the smaller petals and stitch in place.
Sew the leaves in place.
When you have all the 8 flowers completed, the final stage is to attach the flowers to the wire circle.
Sew each flower on individually, alternating the white and pink flowers, stitching each flower around the wire.
Tie the left over ribbon into a bow, and the flower garland is ready to wear.
