All our patterns are supplied for instant download in the Adobe PDF Format.

To open the pattern you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This is a free program you can download HERE.

The pattern is made available to you as a download link immediately after purchase or in the case of a free pattern, immediately after registration. You will received an order confirmation email that contains the link. Please check your inbox or spam folder to find that email. If you are unable to find it please contact us with your order number.

Mac users: Beware printing straight from Preview. It can resize some pages, making it difficult for your pattern to line up and ultimately change the size of some pieces.

All patterns are printed at 100% on size A4 paper.

Q. What is a PDF pattern? How do I use it?

A. A PDF pattern is a sewing pattern and instructions formatted to fit into an e-book document you can open on your computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free program already installed on most computers. Simply save the pattern to your computer and print the pattern pieces from  your home printer. Our patterns are all printed at 100% A4 size paper.

Q. Where is my pattern? I can’t figure out how to download it!

A. You will received an order confirmation email that contained the link/s to your pattern/s. Please check your inbox or spam folder to find that email. If you are unable to find it please contact us with your order number.

I’m having trouble viewing my downloaded materials (PDFs). 

If you are having trouble viewing your pattern PDFs, please make sure you have the latest updated version of download Adobe Reader. (This is different from other Adobe programs such as Flash.) You may also want to try downloading your PDFs from a different browser. We highly recommend Google Chrome, this is a free browser which can be found here: download Chrome.

I’m having trouble printing PDFs.

If PDFs are printing in odd characters it sounds like you need the latest version of Adobe Reader, which is available for free here: download Adobe Reader. (This is different from other Adobe programs such as Flash.)
