Materials:
Cotton, felt, polyester stuffing, strong quilting thread, machine sewing thread to match cotton.

Tools:
Sewing machine, scissors, printer for the pdf pattern, A4 paper, doll sculpting needle, chopstick.

Pattern:

To make:
Cut out all the pattern pieces.

Place two of the apple sections right side to right side and machine sew along one side (1/2 cm seam allowance).

Repeat on the second set.

Place the two sets right side to right side, one will fit inside the other and machine sew around the circumference leaving 2 cm unsewn for turning right side out and stuffing.

Fill the shape with the polyester stuffing using the chopstick.

Ladder stitch the opening closed.

Using the quilting thread and the doll needle run the needle through the centre lengthways of the shape and pull tight creating the apple shape, run the needle back and forward to keep the shape firm. Add on the felt leaves and sew in place.
